To empower students with essential skills to be:
We believe that ALL students want to learn, however some students are not being taught in a way that they can learn.
We address this with targeted mentoring to support each students’ social, emotional and cognitive needs.
We work carefully to unlock the potential in every child, helping them achieve their education goals and cultivating skills that they can take beyond the classroom
We form long lasting relationships between our mentors, students and parents built on trust, respect, and open communication.
How It All Started
Samantha was looking for someone who could support her son who has ADHD. She found tutors who taught their students but didn’t really support or truly connect with them. She needed someone who could educate and mentor her son.
Following an intense search and meeting over a hundred potential tutors she met Suhel. She liked his teaching philosophy and mentoring approach which focuses on educating the whole child.
The whole child approach supports children who are neurotypical or neurodivergent (e.g. kids with ADHD or other learning differences) and Suhel’s experience and client testimonials backed this up.
Samantha saw how Suhel focused on really connecting with and understanding her son to really help him. Her son went from feeling out of control to slowly taking back control, from letting his emotions take over to being more in control of them. He learnt how to better manage his time and his schoolwork. His mother and teachers were overjoyed with his progress.
They saw the potential of system and want to bring it to as many students as possible. It is this common goal that brought them together and culminated in the founding of Conduit Education.
